While searching for a particular Dr. Seuss book the other day, I noticed there was a wide range of colors on the bindings. Inspired by chotda’s rainbow bookshelves, I quickly threw the Seussian volumes into their proper ROYGBV order (I left all the white ones on the right). Not a mind-blowing display, but Coop liked it!

Hey, if the boy likes it, that’s all that matters.
nice work.. i do the same with my clothes and produce every so often.
when i saw this, all i could think is, i would love to arrange my books like this. then i remembered i have a life and im not gay. i wish i could be as cool as this guy. one day hopefully. one day!
Isn’t it ROYGBIV? But I guess there’s no Indigo books?
Thats awesome, working on my own Dr.Seuss collection now for my son. Great job!
As for you haters, that had to run your mouths about what the boy is being taught, get over it, might as well bitch at teachers, they teach kids colors and organization too. Seriously thats what parents do is teach their children everything they need in life.
Your parents obviously didnt teach any of you manners, or to keep your mouths shut.

Wow, that’s not geeky at all. Keeping teaching your son to organize his books like that and he’s in for a few beatings by the time he hits 6th grade.
